We have had a FANTASTIC day! Firstly we went to the Sea Life Centre where we had a rock pool workshop and we learnt all about crabs, starfish and mermaid purses. We even got to touch a starfish, the children described them as squishy and bumpy.

Next we went around the Sea Life Centre and saw lots of different sea creatures, we also got to see the penguins being fed. Then we sat down and ate our lunch before heading to the beach. When we got to the beach the children played games, found shells, made holes and had a good old game of boules.

Finally, the children had a yummy ice lolly on the beach before heading back to the coach.
